For whatever reason, Isabelle has really been showing a lot of love towards others this last week:
For the last couple days Isabelle has been sleeping until 7:20 in the morning (yay!). It is still early enough to see daddy off to work. She always busts out in a huge smile when she sees him but the other day, she nose dived daddy with a sloppy open mouthed chin suck - aka an Isabelle kiss!
This afternoon when we woke Amelia up (Amelia was on her belly, legs tucked underneath), Isabelle leaned on top of her and gave her a hug. She then sat up, patted Amelia's back and then rubbed it! I did not know she was capable! She then laid back on her and then stuck her finger in her ear.
Tonight after supper, we were all downstairs. Isabelle found lambie - a fuzzy little lamb and the girl could not hug and kiss lambie enough! So much so we decided to let her sleep with lambie. She was so excited - as we walk to bed she usually lays her head on my chest - but tonight, lambie was in the middle. She fell asleep with her arm around lambie!
I love seeing how her ability to show love to others is expanding. Its definitely a way to see how she is getting older!
