Christmas at Home and on to the New Year

Back at home we are!
Amelia and Landon on the slide
Time to open our gifts!  First the stockings
And then gifts from the kids to each other
The Elsa light up!
Rollerblades!
And Olaf!
The girls got puzzles and they did really good putting them together considering how small the pieces are.
Nothing better than a HUGE teddy bear to squeeze
My Lumber Jack Landon!
Love those pants and the little guy in them!
What a sweet face Landon!
He can climb the slide, much to my nervousness!
And now the chair!  Looooove that smile!
And this one too!  We are so so blessed to have such a happy guy.
And speaking of climbing things OR into things....a favorite spot now that he figured out how to pull the basket out.

Christmas

This year we had our Christmas at Gramma and Grandpa's new house!
Gramma and Isabelle looking out the window.
The girls found the Hershey's kisses....luckily they didn't eat them all!
 Love Landon's face....just chillin' on Daddy's head
Actually, they were helping unwrapped them for me - I made peanut butter cookies with the kiss in the middle
We all had lots of good time to spend together - Amelia and Emma lookin' at books.
Great Grandma and Landon.  Boy was he a smiley guy on her lap!
Elijah and Amelia right before we left for church

Preparing for Christmas

On to preparing for Christmas!
We made salt dough ornaments and then painted them!  The girls had so much fun and we ended up getting a mini tree and putting it in their room!
We decorated too, though only in 'safe' areas.  With Landon moving around, we are still in that danger zone of needing to keep everything up off the ground.  I am thinking next year we will need to get the real tree out!
Olaf visited us at church and Amelia had to get a picture with him!  I think he was a little big for Isabelle as she wanted only to see him from a faaaar distance.
Hello bedhead - thank you for introducing yourself!
Landon's arms and curiosity have grown....a couple times....boy does that make a mess!
 Christmas popcorn!
 A picture with friends!
Amelia had a Christmas party at preschool and Mommy got to come with as the parent!  It was very fun to make crafts, sing songs and spend time together!
 Amelia's Santa ornament
 We also got food!
 Isabelle making paper snow flakes!
Amelia making her snowflake
Amelia was very hyper this night and kept making us laugh with her antics.

 A little brother sister bonding!

Landon's 1st haircut!  It was not perfect by far and as it has grown out - I can so how not perfect it truly was, but it still looked better than before!
Landon was not so excited about the experience
Look at all that hair!
