Making Cookies

Amelia and I made sugar cookies this year!  It ended up being a multi-day process, but we had fun and Amelia loved eating the frosting and sprinkles.

Amelia thought the dough was more like Play-Doh than dough for cookies, but she liked making the shapes.

This is the day of frosting and as you can see she was having lots of fun!

And there is the evidence of her enjoyment of the frosting.

Amelia also nabbed some from an already frosted cookie when I wasn't looking!  This is how she eats her cookies - frosting first.

Amelia did a good job of picking out the color of the frosting and what sprinkles to put on.  She put some of the sprinkles on herself - though she would 'miss' the cookie and then eat what fell on the plate.
