Amelia was able to celebrate her 2 year birthday twice this year! The first celebration was in the Dells!
Her birthday was an Elmo theme and she was thrilled!
She even got to wear an Elmo birthday ribbon!
I don't think she quite got it at first, but she sure liked the Elmo wrapping paper

Amelia snuck a dip of frosting prior to opening gifts which made her pretty excited to eat her cake!
Amelia's second celebration was at home on her actual birthday!

Amelia was very excited about all those cupcakes and the decorations at the top of the curtain. She noticed them right away - what an observant girl!

We explained that she had to blow out her candle, to which there was very hard concentration....
and then there was success!
Amelia went for the frosting! I think the verdict is that she likes chocolate cake best!

It was really hot that day, so we decided to go to the conservatory for a little bit.
They have a kids room and Amelia loved the water.
