Happy 1/2 Birthday Amelia! Saturday you turned 6 months old! And your cousin Olivia is 1 year old - you are exactly six months younger than her! Unfortunately, you are are dealing with a cold and teething all at the same time, but you are such a trooper and are trying to have smiles on your face.
Last night, you accomplished another milestone! For the first time you said 'ba'. It was lots of work, but you said it a few times and I am so proud of you! You also though it was hilarious when I said 'ba ba bah!' - you giggled and giggled.
Today you went to the doctor for your 6 month check up! You realized she was a stranger, but then you gave her a big smile almost immediately. The doctor says that means you are a confident baby! The doctor agrees you are teething and you kept grabbing her stethoscope and chowing down! You also, once again, did not want to sit down for her - at all. Which was kind of comical!
You weigh 15 lbs 5 oz (35th percentile) and you are 25.5 in (40th percentile)
