A few weeks ago - around mid-December, Amelia wanted to help Daddy with making french toast. She thought she was pretty special to get in on the action and stand next to Daddy.
For the Midwest, it is very surprising that we have had hardly any snow this year. I cannot remember a winter quite like this one. This was one of the only snows we have gotten so far - and was also the last day before it melted all away. Therefore, Daddy and Amelia had to take advantage of it!
One of Patrick's co-workers gave us this great toddler sled! It even has a strap to make sure Amelia stays in place. She absolutely LOVED it! As Daddy ran around the yard - she had a huge smile on her face. As you can see the dogs were also having fun running around too.
Its kind of hard to see, but if you look close, Amelia has the biggest smile on her face.

After sledding Amelia and Daddy thought it would be fun to make snowballs. Amelia is helping to bring some snow to Daddy.
Amelia caught on really quickly and started packing mini-snowballs herself.
She liked Daddy's snowballs too, she even got in on throwing them.
