Today, Amelia is your last day of only mommy's milk. You will now have more and more formula filling your belly instead of what I have provided you for almost 9 months. I must admit, despite my excitement for having more time and not having to deal with the plastic accessories, I am still a bit sad. The end of this phase, means our baby girl is getting bigger and is becoming more independent. Its an exciting time, because it also means you are eating more solid foods, you are getting closer to crawling, and you are giving more hugs and kisses. Its amazing how fast this time has gone! Onward we go to bigger and better things.....I will say though - honey, I'm so glad I could provide you your nourishment for these months.
