Hawkeye Weekend Fun

In the spirit of the "Go Hawk" weekend, we went to the homecoming parade on Friday night with Mark, Mel and the girls. It was a beautiful night for a parade and pizza!

Just chillin' in her little Hawkeye jumpsuit! We are training her early!

We have a very similar picture of Paige and Unkie in almost the same pose!

Waiting for the parade to start

And the parade starts!

Auntie Mel, Alaina and Amelia. Paige and Mark were getting the pizza!

To the right of Alaina you will see a pile of nuts. I think Alaina may have picked up more nuts before the parade than actual candy during the parade! They were really great nuts!

Unkie Mark and Amelia - he hasn't lost the touch!

Off to the game......

Patrick and I went a little early to the game. We were able to see the players walk in before the game. It was quite amazing to see how big the football players were!

This weekend was homecoming and each section was assigned a hawkeye color - it looked really cool

The Hawkeyes ended up winning the game! Other than being packed in like sardines - it was such a great time!
